Oil Change in Bedford, TX at 2812 Central Dr.

Let me tell you a story. 3 weeks ago I went to the Take 5 on 2812 Central Dr, for an oil change. It was a typical day, so I thought. The people there did everything right. Greeted me with a warm welcome, offered me a water, and got me in line for my oil change. While waiting in the car bay, my car battery died. Instead of making me feel even more embarrassed than I was the team managed by Aily all pulled together to get my car out the bay and safely in a parking spot. They even went above and beyond by helping me try to crank my battery back up. While it was completely dead, one of the members victor, offered to show me how to the battery out so I can go get another. We were able to take the battery out (Aily let me know that the company is not liable for anything at this point….no worries). I brought the battery back and victor help showed me how to put it back in. Aily even still was able to check my oil and I paid for a couple of quarts am I was on my way. Long story short, this Take 5 location showed exemplary customer service and I want to honor their efforts by dropping a review!!! Thank you to the entire team: Joshua Aily Victor Robert Kam Joe Each one of these folks went above and beyond and should be recognized. Keep hiring people like this and Take 5 will continue to be the awesome place it is. Thanks,

Great experience at the Take 5 on Bedford (Central Dr). The team was quick, professional, and made sure the service I requested for my truck was handled correctly. Everything was explained clearly and the process was very efficient. Manager Ailey really stood out with her customer service. While I was waiting she made sure I was comfortable and even offered snacks and drinks, which was a really nice touch. Toward the end I realized I needed to replace my wiper blades as well. Unfortunately I had already bought some from AutoZone earlier, but they still took the time to talk through it with me and make sure everything else on the truck was good to go. Overall the service quality, professionalism, and value were excellent. The staff clearly cares about the customer experience. I'd definitely recommend this location

Drew did an awesome job at the Bedford, TX location. Very quick, very polite, very professional. Walked me through the whole process and even offered me a bottle of cold water .. great job Drew .. a very nice employee. I will be going back there for my next oil change. Offered to check all of my filters as well.

Hands down the BEST service experience ever!! Joshua & Aily were awesome and had great customer service! We originally went for just an oil change but ended up changing air filters, coolant drain & top off. They showed us proof of everything they told us. We didnt feel pressure to add additional services. They were simply awesome! Kudos to this location!!

Great customer service! The guys (and gal) that helped me out were awesome communicators, and ensured my comfort during the whole time I was there. I had both and emissions test and an oil change, and both services were explained to me in detail without it being explained like I was 5. Great first experience at the locations. I will be back for further services.
