It was a very pleasant valentine's day for me and the work I got did there was done for my valentine's gift to myself l o l. Kitty Deluna,I work in customer service myself, so I definitely understand what it means to be willing to serve those that essentially help provide the work that you do. I had come to this location for a second opinion on a top off after I was told that my engine was full, even though I had a strong feeling that it was not on 2/6. I continue to drive my car on 2/7 and that worry some feeling continued to grow so I went ahead and brought my car into the take five here in North Richland Hills on roof Snow Drive. Kory the lead tech let me know that my car was bone dry in regards to the oil. He filled me up and let me know he would encourage that I come to this location in the future. Even though it is a little bit of a drive I’m willing to drive for good customer service. I always have a pleasant experience here at this location. I have never have any complaints.
