Excellent service from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly without any pressure and had my oil change completed quickly while I stayed in my vehicle. The team worked well together and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Great customer service, fair pricing, and a clean, organized operation. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for fast and reliable service.
I went to get my oil change on 6/23 in Watauga off of Ruff Snow, the two gentlemen that assisted were amazing. Spoke to me in a very professional manner and answered my questions. They told me how long it would take, and checked on me when I was waiting for my turn. They provided me a COLD bottle of water which was so needed. I don't remember their names but I will continue to go to Take 5 for all my oil changes because of how they took care of me.
Absolutely Incredible customer service and Attention to detail. Jarret and the crew did a great job. They thoroughly went through everything with me and showed me the issues I had. I especially like the way Mr Nick runs the shop here. He Pays close attention to detail & ensures the shop runs smoothly so we are in and out before ya know it. I’ve been going to this location for a few years now and I Look forward to seeing the crew again as soon as I’m due. Thanks Fellas!
