⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service — Marcus Is a True Asset to Take 5! I’ve been coming to this Take 5 location for many years, and the service has consistently been excellent. The employees are always friendly, polite, and professional, but today’s experience was especially noteworthy. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Marcus, and I learned that he is the manager of this location. Marcus was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he maintained a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor. He was thorough, took the time to explain what he was doing to my car, and also explained the benefits of the services being performed. This location is typically very busy, yet Marcus remained calm, attentive, and completely professional throughout my visit. That kind of composure and customer service says a great deal about his leadership. I sincerely hope Marcus sees this review, and I especially hope Take 5’s district and regional management recognize the outstanding job he is doing. Employees like Marcus are a true asset not only to this location, but to Take 5 Oil Change as a company. Marcus deserves recognition for the way he represents the Take 5 brand, and I hope he continues to advance within the company. I had such a great experience at Take 5 today! Mr. Q went above and beyond to help me with my oil change. He was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on without ever making me feel like I didn’t know anything or speaking to me in a condescending way, which I really appreciated. The manager was also very helpful and worked with Mr. Q to make sure I was taken care of. They knew I was driving from Dallas to El Paso the next day and would be putting a lot of miles on my car, so they really made sure I was good to go before my trip. Mr. Q definitely hooked me up and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciate both of them going the extra mile for me. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend this location!
Maintenance light came on, looked up the closest 5 minute Oil Change and the Hurst location was the closest to where I was at. Stopped in and David along with the rest of the crew took AWESOME care of me & my 4runner. I didnt need a oil change, it was just the 5000 Maintenance reminder (I just purchased the vehicle) but I did need the air checked in all my tires. They were honest, kind and supportive in helping me figure out the nuances of my vehicle! The looked at everything and didnt even charge me. I totally will return to these guys and recommend this location to everyone in the HEB, North Richland Hills area! 5 star service!!!!
