When I arrived I was promptly greeted by Hunter who was very polite & helpful, he explained the pricing of the oil change. I wanted my air & cabin filters changed also, Hunter brought my old ones to show me along with bringing the new ones for comparison. Sharif was polite & quick about changing my oil & filters. All of the staff were friendly & polite. The crew were working hard & quickly to care for not only me but the other customers that were there while I visited. Thank you Hunter & Sharif for a great experience, see you in 3,000 miles!! 😁
I had an amazing experience working with Leo and Andrew! From the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about providing great service, but Leo and Andrew went above and beyond. Their attention to detail and positive attitudes really stood out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a team that truly puts customers first. Thanks again for such a great experience!
If you're looking for an oil change, ask for Leo. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've had. He was professional, honest, and had me in and out fast. He explained everything clearly, took great care of my vehicle, and made the whole process easy. It's rare to find someone who actually takes pride in their work these days, but Leo definitely does. I'll be coming back every time and recommending him to everyone I know. Five stars all the way.
