Unbelievably professional. Customer service out of the park! Met me with an icy water and gave my three year old a pack of fruit snacks. Offered the service of exchanging my cabin air filter which 100% improved my AC Temp and pressure. Manager introduced himself and went the extra mile. Had a great coupon but the service at full price was still less than Valvoline for the same quality of fluid service. Had me out the door quick. I'll be back every oil change with all of my vehicles. I can change my own oil but I like having it done for me for the sake of time and energy savings. Worth every penny. You won me over and I'm telling my friends and family. I run a business myself and I learned a thing or two from how seriously this business takes customer service. See you next time!

Josh took care of us and provided quite a bit of information things I didn't know about my car. They expedited the service for me and I felt bad that I showed up 15 minutes before closing time. But to Josh, customer service was important to him and he provided stellar service. I will definitely be a return customer.

Another guy made sure to check the tire pressure for me as well. Once everything was completed the manager Alan came over to check how his staff handled the service. Much appreciated! Little pricey for an oil change but the quick and friendly service was worth it!

Now to me, ⏲️ time is money 💰 and I have been tired of waiting hours at the dealership for an oil change they claim to be "quick". Not quick at all! The dealership tries to get me to pay so much extra with things they say I need. This is where they get you. At this location, the 5 young men and Mr. Alan the manager, we're excellent. Got me in and out in about 20 min. They also showed how old my heating and cooling fluids were in a side by side thank. Did I even mention you get a warranty, top offs and fluid checks anytime during 3000 miles. So that is exceptionally important to me.
