This is not the first time I have been to take 5 oil change. This was the best time. The guys were nice polite and understood I only wanted what I asked for. I understand up selling. If corse that is the job. But they were polite when I said no and did not try to tell me how it would "mess up" my car if I didn't do the extra stuff. I really appreciate not being made to feel like I'm stupid and don't know my car. Thank you again for being good guys. This will be the only Take 5 I will go to from now on. I do oil changes regularly and I understand I'm just one person. I just wanted you to know there's still nice people out there.

It’s a brand new shop and I don’t know how close to the first person that was serviced after opening but I felt like the very first person. I was welcomed and explained every step that needed to take place. I very much appreciate HARLEY especially, he was very helpful and the employees that took care of the service I didn’t know I needed until I got there were also very helpful and I WILL BE BACK. They showed me all the mistakes that Jiffy Lube had done the last time I had gone to them. 😔 They replaced both my air and cabin filters with great pricing & matching. The boss man working that day was awesome to talk to and very nice, also honest he showed me everything that was wrong and did everything in a timely manner!! Thank you for changing everything and I also got a huge discount of $45 off! ❤️ 🫶 I'll forsure be returning. 😊

I went in on 7/15 for a free top off in which I was low 1 quart of oil and the tech checked all other fluids to see if they were low. I was in and out quick and on my way to work. The team member was very polite and friendly.
