Can honestly say I've had multiple positive experiences here, with different people who work there. Both times I've gotten an oil change the staff have been super courteous and the service was done quickly. They are open later than other locations, which is why I went originally, but now plan to keep coming due to the quality. The other day I got my oil changed and they helped me with something related to my washer fluid that I planned to go to a mechanic for, but they didn't charge extra. The next morning while driving there was a scraping sound on the road, since apparently the skid plate wasnt secured the day before. I gave them a call and they told me to come by immediately to secure it back, and offered a 25% discount for my next oil change for the inconvenience. I definitely plan to go back
The gentleman who did my oil change were very nice and quick to get it done, even gave us bottled water because of the heat. The manager was very polite and helpful, making sure to show us the old air filter before asking if we wanted a replacement.They also checked my tire pressure and made sure they’re properly filled. I appreciate when shops of any type take the time to make sure they are getting the correct service and asking before they touch other stuff, and they did that perfectly. Will be returning.
Everyone is so nice and efficient. They never try to sell you something you don’t need, and as a single woman I appreciate that! I’m getting ready to take a road trip and ask if they could check everything out,( belts, tires etc.) and they were more than happy to do it. This is my second time going here and I will definitely be going here for my oil changes in the future. Plus the convenience of staying in your car during the process!
