Oil Change in Rio Rancho, NM at 3900 Southern Blvd SE

This was a great experience. Oil changes are not my area of expertise, and I thank this Take 5 team for taking the time to educate me throughout the process so that I felt involved and like I understood. I felt like I was in trustable hands that were looking out for my best interest. The manager, Josh, had great zeal and energy as I noticed him taking opportunities to both go above and beyond and coach colleagues to also capitalize on great customer service. Thank you Take 5, team. I got my car serviced, but you made it much more meaningful.

Julien provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Joseph was also incredibly helpful and made sure everything was fully taken care of every step of the way. Their communication, efficiency, and dedication to excellent service truly stood out. I highly recommend working with them — an outstanding experience all around.

I've been here twice so far and have had a great experience both times. They let you know what's going on with your car, what services they recommend and why, but they aren't pushy about any of it. I also appreciated that I wasn't being talked to like an infant which has happened at other places. Also loved they had my back windshield wiper in stock, which had been an on going issue since it was a weird size.

Where do i begin... Came in w my new diesel for oil change and fuel filter change. Lee serviced my vehicle and i was on my way... A few hours later when i went to my truck i noticed a very hard long start where the truck was starving for fuel and contacted take 5 thinking maybe a gasket was not sealed properly and was leaking fuel. The manager was called and told his staff its not their problem and to send me on my way,yet Lee who was already home, relaxing with his family showered and fed,.... Came all the way back in to see what the problem was with my truck. Turned out it just needed to prime a few times to get the air out of the system. Apparently its a know issue w the new rams. This is why i take both of my trucks to take 5 and take 5 only. They stand behind their work and strive to make it right if there is a mistake. Last year i spent over 15k at take 5s as i run a hot shot company and i put about 150k miles a year on my trucks. Thank you lee and staff there at this take 5 location.your commitment to customer service was above and beyond. Youve taken care of my gray truck for 294k miles and i cant wait to see you take care of my new white one for the new 300k miles also. As for management who was on vacation in nc telling your staff to send me on my way, you hopefully won't have this store long. I will be contacting the owner of this store to tell him how amazing his staff are and how you suck. I will also show my records of how much i spend at take 5 every year because of employees like lee.

Great service, they filled my tires on top of doing my oil change and changed my filters. They were fast, they double checked all their work and you get to actually see them work in progress. My experience was great will be going here again! Another thing I want to add is they DON’T treat you differently just because you’re a woman, i’ve had so many issues going to get my oil changed from past companies all because i’m not a man. Here will you receive great care and they even give you a cold water when you pull into the garage!
