Oil Change Service W North Ave

The service I received was great. We have been using Take 5 for about 3 years. And we would travel to the Niles area to get their service. Yes, we would pass up other OIL change places that were closer. One thing I can point out is, one of the managers always check the attendants work to make sure everything is performed correctly. The others didn't give the same service. I had a problem with one of the others. That didn't put the plug in right and the oil came out. That's a whole different story. But it was good we found some one to trust. We were so happy to see they put a Take 5 close to us. Especially with the gas prices we are experiencing. And yes the same great service and your free bottle of water. (I guess inflation took the free snack)Lol, we will definitely be returning.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Northlake location on yesterday. My experience was wonderful. The staff was very tentative and took very good care of me. They topped off my fluids and also gave me great sounded advice on how to keep my car running smoothly. If you’re looking for a quick oil change, I strongly suggest visiting Northlake location.

Very welcoming from the start, explained the oil change process. Let us know what would be the best oil to use for our car. Made sure we were set with everything else from window cleaning to adding air to our tires. By far the best oil change experience we have had. Would be coming back for my next oil change. They have great deals make sure you take advantage!

I have to say that the manager Leo and his crew impressed me with their customer service, interaction, professionalism, and recommendations.
