Oil Change in Chicago, IL at 5400 W Belmont Ave

My reason of my visit here was to check my oil . I had already went to the cicero location also told them about to check my cabin filter cicero location never check it out . Chris was the only one to tell me about my engine coolant .that needed to be changed i also told Chris to check my cabin filter its was dirty again the cicero location dont listen I will never go back to that location. I had a question that Chris could answer so Trevon was able to answer my question also MY main concern also I was missing some screw under my car to hold up an cover Charlie told me I was missing them as he had need screws for me this team here was extremely excellence this Pic im showing here i only had one im trying to post the dirty engine coolant and the dirty filter cicero take 5 sux

They did an excellent job on my oil change. Not only did they help me quickly and efficiently, but they also gave my vehicle a multi point inspection to help me get a better understanding of my whole vehicle. The team at this location works efficiently quickly and they work very well together they each have a separate area of expertise and working as a team together they shine. I’m a business owner myself and this location is exceptional and it’s customer service. It’s friendliness it’s efficiency and the service they provide and for the price can’t beat the price anywhere. They are very knowledged on cars. Highly highly highly recommend!!!

Went back again today 4/17/26 and had excellent customer service again with Deangelo. I haven’t been driving due to being a care giver and he told me I didn’t need to change my oil yet and even brought the vehicle in and showed me the oil level and cleanliness. Above and beyond service. As usual, I received excellent, efficient, and exceptionally polite customer service from the boys at Take Five. Juan, Juan, and Carlos covered all the bases, including tire inflation, cleaning my windshield, checking filters, showing me both the “before” oil dipstick and the after. I always appreciate the free bottle of water, (particularly in summer,) as well as the fact that they never try to upsell me anything that I don’t need. Great job!

I pulled into the garage and was greeted with a refreshing bottle of water and a professional demeanor. Within 10 minutes, I had my oil changed, windows cleaned, air checked, and my filters inspected. The service was not rushed or pressured, and I wasn’t forced to purchase air filters. The mechanics were incredibly skilled and took the time to train the new employee, who was also a natural and great customer service representative.

Great service by the technicians here! Alex was very informative and was helpful in answering all my questions about the different types of oils. He also let me know about my terrible windshield wiper, they didn’t have one in store but he said I could go buy one so he could install it. Alberto worked on the oil change and let me know about windshield wiper fluid leak. All around great and affordable service!
