I am a long time Jiffy Lube customer but it's easier to stay in my car as a solo parent of 3 boys than sit in the waiting room. I did love the staff at the Jiffy Lube in Park Ridge, but the staff at Take 5 was really really great! They greeted us with bottles of water, capri sun for my kids and fruit snacks. They did a great job with the oil change - it didn't take 5 minutes but it wasn't that much more. They clean your windshield, check the car, and don't pressure you to upgrade.
Melissa Genson,5 stars. In and out quickly, professional service, and they actually used the correct Euro-spec oil for my 2021 Mercedes Metris — which a lot of quick lube places mess up. Mathew, Sam, and the rest of the crew were straightforward, efficient, and respectful. No upsell nonsense, no games, just solid work. They replaced the filter, gasket, checked fluids, and got everything handled properly. Hard to find places anymore that move fast without cutting corners. I’ll be back.
