I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire visit. A special thanks to Wasiq, Chris, and Victor for their outstanding customer service. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. I never felt pressured into unnecessary services, and they were respectful and knowledgeable. The whole process was fast and convenient, and they made me feel valued as a customer. This is the only place I’ll go for a quick oil change. My first experience was above average and my second was exceptional! The manager on duty for my sending visit, Eire, explained each service they provided and she taught me how to reset my car’s “oil change needed” sign. No one has ever taught me anything about how to understand my car before and I appreciated it. Eire is running a smooth business over at the North Milwaukee location in Niles!
Wow, what a pleasant surprise. I actually enjoyed having my oil changed for once in my life. These folks are terrific. The manager EIRE was outstanding and was very professional. In addition, Gene and Andres were terrific. They got me in and out, checked everything, added some windshield wiper fluid, aired up my tires and I was ready to go. I will certainly make this my new place for oil changes in the future . Highly recommended!
