Oil Change in Saginaw, TX at 112 W Bailey Boswell Road

On 04/24/26 I drove to my local Take 5 for an oil change. My usual place didn’t have availability that day so I decided to try my luck here. As soon as I drove up Malcolm greeted me at my truck and was ready for me to pull my truck into the service bay. After checking out my oil and my air filter he informed me that my oil level was a little low but other then that, the oil looked great and I wasn’t in need of an oil change. He offered to top off all my fluids including oil at no charge. As a first time customer , the honesty was greatly appreciated. He could have easily sold me what I asked for and went about his day and I wouldn’t have known any better. Because of his honesty I decided to go ahead and buy a new air filter and new wind shield wipers. I will 100% be back and will be sending my wife and daughter here for services!

I got lucky and was able to pull right in today, as they are normally very busy and it's not hard to see why. This is maybe my fourth oil change at this location, and I refuse to go anywhere else because this is the only place that I feel like I am truly being taken care of by people that actually care about the job they are doing. I was greeted with a cold water by a young lady in the parking lot, just for checking to see how busy they were. That's such a nice touch that so many businesses miss out on. I was greeted by Ken in the Bay, and he got me into the system and gave me a rundown of the services that I likely needed. He was sure to show me everything so that I could clearly see that I needed a new filter. It was disgusting, y'all. The assistant manager, Malcolm, rang me up and applied the coupon that I got from the call center. Pro tip: If you call ahead to see if they're busy, the call center takes the call, and they might offer you a coupon just because. They texted it straight to my phone, and it was $25 off of my $169 bill. Awesome! All in all, they got me in and out. Everyone that works there is super pleasant and even fun to talk to. And I almost feel weird saying this, but I can't wait until my next oil change. Thank y'all for keeping it easy

This Take 5 is THE BEST Take 5 I have ever been to. My second time coming here and I just want to say, the entire team have such a great family atmosphere and each of them have an amazingly kind and caring personality. They go above and beyond in customer AND car service. Alyssa, Malcom, and Aidan did a fantastic job helping me this time.

5 star experience led by two of the most charismatic individuals I can recall meeting. Malcolm & Ken. Great energy & honesty. Confident speaking with strong handshakes too. Struck up a great conversation & came away inspired by their outlook on life. We share similar core values and I’d love to see them have their own franchise one day soon. Overall a good experience, it was kind of annoying how the guy that assisted said my cabin filter was super dirty & got mad at me once I told him I didn’t want to replace it because I had already replaced less than 2 months ago?? After that he was just rude & tried to gaslight me. They gave me a water while I waiting so that was nice & I got what I needed, so I’m satisfied.
