I feel like I could give this location a good rating, but the only reason why I’m giving it a five star rating is the customer service the understanding of a customer and the quality of support that James gave off is why there was a issue that happened a couple days prior a couple of other works I would like to acknowledge as well for their customer service and they’re just nice straight personality. I’m all for a nice personality. I’m all for things done right I would like to acknowledge John was the first gentleman I spoke to, and a gentleman named Chandler handled my car as well I appreciate you guys for your hard work and Dedication for your customers
They are always great and wonderful, but the last few times I went they don’t do any of the little things like check tire pressure or windshield wiper fluid. And they are so busy I hate asking for it, but it’s all over the shop that’s it’s complimentary with every oil change. Besides that they are great, I go to the same location everytime and they are all nice and don’t push you to spend more money
This is the second time I’ve had my car serviced and inspected since moving to Texas. Each and every service technician provided me with above excellent service! Thoroughly explained what needed done. It was hot and the customers were coming in consistently, without hesitation they greeted each arriving one with attention and even offered water!
