I feel like I could give this location a good rating, but the only reason why I’m giving it a five star rating is the customer service the understanding of a customer and the quality of support that James gave off is why there was a issue that happened a couple days prior a couple of other works I would like to acknowledge as well for their customer service and they’re just nice straight personality. I’m all for a nice personality. I’m all for things done right I would like to acknowledge John was the first gentleman I spoke to, and a gentleman named Chandler handled my car as well I appreciate you guys for your hard work and Dedication for your customers
Sarah Raley,Came here around 8:30 on a Saturday morning to get my oil changed there was a line so a bit of a wait but not too bad once they got to my car. Edgar was my mechanic. He explained everything thoroughly, which was a first for me out of the few times I have been here and I truly appreciate it. I knew exactly was was done and exactly what was needed. Honestly one of the best experiences I have had at this location
Love Naturally,I had a good experience at Take 5! I visited on a Sunday evening for a routine oil change and I was greeted by Kyrie and he gave me a bottle of water, which i appreciated as it was 93 degrees that day. Which is hot for the month of March. The guys working were John and Kyrie and they were both polite and professional. My wait time to have my vehicle serviced was less than 10 minutes, and about 15-20 minutes to be serviced. During that time the line grew pretty quickly and they had at least 5 cars waiting in each service line after completing my vehicle. Although it was super hot that day and busy that day, they worked hard and provided wonderful service and were thorough. Thank you guys! To upper management: It would be even better if they had another set of hands or two to help them work more quickly and efficiently. And I’m sure the other customers would agree and appreciate it as well.

I never spend too long here for my oil changes and other services. The shop manager James is hilarious and competent also Chandler and Alexis who worked on my car made it a nice experience as well. I recommend this location for sure.
