Oil Change in Lake Worth, TX at 4104 Boat Club Road

I don’t usually come here for oil changes, but I had a really great experience. The customer service was excellent, and the staff (Morgan)was friendly, professional, and efficient. They took good care of my car, changed the filter, and had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Manager Brian is doing an amazing job—ever since he took over, the store has gone from around a 2-star rating to over 4 stars in just a matter of weeks, which really says a lot. They also offer military discounts, and the pricing was very affordable. Overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend them for a quick and quality oil change.

I went to Take 5 Oil Change today and had an excellent experience. James and Brian were both very professional, friendly, and helpful. They gave me great recommendations for my car, and the oil change was done super fast. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and customer service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s hard to find places that are both quick and genuinely attentive, but they definitely delivered. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest service and a great team.

The New management is awesome! Brian is really hands on and very through in everything. He explained everything they were doing. Carlos checked my ac filter and I found i didnt have one I've been coming to this take 5 for awhile and not once have they checked it. So props to Carlos for being concerned for my ac. Ismael was very gentle with my car during the oil change. It's nice to know im trusting my car with professionals who know what they are doing. Evan was really nice. Good jobs guy definitely will come back and refer yall to everyone. Can't wait to come back!

I travel a ton, and was a week overdue for my oil change according to the light glaring at me from my dash. Stuck in traffic after an unsuccessful day of trying to get stuff done, so I thought I would at least get this done. I recently moved to the area and my tools were still boxed away. Otherwise, I normally would have done it myself. I was greeted and guided to a lane by one of the technicians. I didn’t catch his name sadly, but he was really friendly, and he even gave me a bottle of water. Jaime stood at the other end of the lane, making sure I was straight in the lane, giving me the stop signal when I was far enough forward. Jaime was friendly and professional as he approached my window. It was after 5 pm, and I’m sure the whole crew was tired, but they didn’t let that show. I know the feeling, and I appreciated their professionalism. Jaime showed me the service menu, and asked which level of service I would like, and asked me to release the hood mechanism. It stuck a little, so Carlos helped Jaime get it open. When I made my choice, the team quickly went to work doing preliminary safety checks, then started on my oil change. They had great communication with me as well as each other as they orchestrated my oil change, as well as the vehicles in the other bays. It was a great display of teamwork. As they worked, the technician whose name I didn’t get (Sorry, dude) noticed my gym bag in my passenger seat. It had some of my military patches on it, so he informed Jaime, who promptly applied a military discount after verifying with me. With all 3 bays occupied, and a line forming behind us, it would have been easy to lose focus. The team remained professional and kept their focus on the task at hand, giving each vehicle the attention needed so as not to sacrifice quality. The commercial may say 10 minutes, and yeah, they took longer than that, but I didn’t care. I care more about quality and professionalism. When they finished, they did some last safety checks, and I was on my way. I am an aircraft mechanic by trade, and I appreciated the extra push on safety. That goes a long way in my field.

Morgan, Hector and Brian delivered 5 star service. Didn’t upsell me, in fact they talked me down from getting the most expensive oil bc it wasn’t necessary for my car. Brian did a wonderful job and walking me through and actually teaching me how to change my own cabin filter (that way I can save money and do it at home now). First time going to Take 5 and let me tell you, I’ll be a customer for life.
