This was by far one of my best experiences I received at any of your location. James exceed all my expectations. He was extremely nice and professional and a dam good salesman. He informed me of my coolant level being empty and wiper blade conditions. He knew the prices of your competitors and informed me that he could perform the task in less time. While he calculated my service Dalton was busy doing the work. Later the shop manager came over to ask how things was going which so told h the best experience I've seen in my many visit across DFW area. Your Roanoke location seems to have the right people representing your company.

Went to the Take 5 Oil Change in Roanoke for a car inspection and had a good experience overall. It wasn't the quickest visit since it was the weekend, but the staff was friendly right from the start, which made a real difference. A big plus is that you don't have to leave your vehicle; you stay in your car the whole time, which is convenient and easy. They even handed out water bottles while we waited, a small touch that goes a long way. Would definitely come here again.

I had a good experience with Take 5 oil change in Roanoke TX. Every detail was covered and I liked that I could stay in my car while getting my oil changed. I had every intention of getting the “extras” they offered so the total time I was there and the bill were not shocking to me. But speaking as someone who used to not be able to do all those things at once, I do think it’s worth noting they do try to upsell. Quick and efficient! Thanks!

I received excellent customer service from Isaac and Nathan on Saturday (05/17) at the location in Roanoke, TX. I went in for a state inspection of my vehicle in order to renew my vehicle registration. Both young men were personable, respectful and very informative. They shared with me that my air filter would soon need to be replaced but more importantly that my antifreeze levels were below acceptable standards and to my surprise that it hadn't been filled since 2023. I found this confusing and concerning since I have taken my truck in for regular service visits every 6 months since I bought it in 2018. Isaac let me know that all service visits at dealerships are shared with the Carfax and that some dealerships will charge for services they don't actually perform. I'm very thankful for the education Isaac provided to me and will be more vigilant moving forward. Will definitely be coming back.

I had an outstanding experience at Take 5! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was professional, welcoming, and very kind. They even started me off with a cold water bottle, which was a nice surprise. I originally came in just for a fluid top-off and filter change, but the team went above and beyond. They cleaned and wiped down my windshield, helped with my wiper blades, and most impressively, they actively searched for coupons and discounts for everything I needed. Because of their effort, I ended up saving almost half of what I expected to spend. It’s rare to find a place that’s this helpful and customer-focused. Everyone was professional, efficient, and friendly. I left genuinely surprised by how great the experience was. Highly recommend this location!
