I drove away and noticed that my check engine and oil lights had come on. I went back and the team found out that it was a bad oil filter (even tho they pulled it from the box). So, one guy drove to the auto store and bought me a brand new one that we knew was right. Like I told them, these things happen, mistakes are made, but it’s how you respond that reveals if you’ve got integrity. They apologized (several times) constantly updated me and offered cold waters, put in the new filter, and then even gave me a 50% off for the next time. I will definitely be coming back. Any team with that level of integrity has my business!
I don't usually write reviews but this shop deserves it. Super friendly, they clearly have fun at work while remaining professional. They didn't have my oil in stock (diesel) so the supervisor (Easton West) ran to grab it himself while his team remained doing filter checks, managing mine and my wife's car together. The entire staff was great, but wanted to really give a shout out to the supervisor. He gave clear direction to his team continuously, went to grab the oil from the store himself, explained to his team every decision made and the why- teaching as he went along and not just giving direction. You can tell they respect him by how they listened and asked clarifying questions. He came and gave me some specific clarity around my trucks specific needs to me and noted them on my account so future shops can see these details and my truck gets the care it needs. This man is a clear leader and loves his team.
I’ll have to say, I’ve had some okay experiences at a Take 5, but my experience this time? It really restored my faith in this company!! Easton greeted me when I pulled up, and he has the kind of customer service you can’t teach! If he worked for my company, I’d put him in direct management in a heartbeat! He was very kind, and also made sure that I was all squared away before I left. 10/10 experience! All of the guys were very thorough in their service and were communicating with each other every step of the way, all in all very efficient service!!
