I went there in Sept 2026 for the first time. I felt bad because they were going to close in 15 minutes but it was the only time I could go. I expected them to be a little upset but the 2 guys there couldn’t have been nicer! They did their upsale of wipers and stuff which I’m sure they’re required to do, like most places, but I told them I couldn’t afford it. They didn’t pressure me or make me feel bad like others have. They changed my oil and I was out of there in about 12 minutes. Very friendly place!
Just want to give a shout-out to Damon for his perseverance and patience while dealing with the representative from Hertz while trying to get the oil change they said should have already been approved, actually approved, which took some clever problem solving on his part. I very much appreciated his willingness to get on the phone and sort it out while I was there instead of me having to try and figure it out on my end. Very friendly staff and everything was very quick and painless once the approval was sorted.
Eddie at Take 5 Oil Change provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any high pressure upselling. The service was fast, efficient, and thorough, and he made sure I understood the condition of my vehicle before I left. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way Eddie does. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable technician who goes above and beyond, ask for Eddie. I’ll definitely be back because of the great experience he provided.
