Oil Change in Charlotte, NC at 5221 South Blvd.

I went into take 5 because I was under the impression it was time for my oil change. I met Keyshawn and after getting all of my information and checking my mileage he informed me it was not time for an oil change yet. He said he would perform an oil change if I wanted, but no matter what he would check my oil level and all other fluids. My oil was full, and he politely topped off all of my fluids. Keyshawn was very professional, friendly and a delight to work with! Thank you so much. I’ll be back for when my oil change is actually due. Thank you Keyshawn!

I’ve now visited this Take 5 on three separate occasions. I’m used to sub-par and kindve ambiguous — certainly not memorable — oil change experiences at other places. However, each time I visit this location, no matter the crew, they are so kind, communicative, and do a great job. Every person is so friendly and make something like an oil change a somehow noticeably pleasant experience. I always recommend this Take 5!!!

When I pulled up to the location, I was greeted by one of the employees and handed a bottle of cold water this was pleasant on a warm day. I shared that I had already identified a coupon online, there were no problems with accepting the coupon. I was told clearly what services would be provided and clarity of my pricing upfront. This was the first time that I have used this location for an oil change. I was quite pleased with my experience and definitely will return again.

This was the best visit from a service and operation standpoint and I have been coming here for almost 4 years! So keep getting the right team members in, it MATTERS! Thank you to Colin and AJ this morning they were professional, quick and worked really well as a team to get myself and everyone around me taken care of. I didn’t want to get the filter, but Colin did a side by side comparison for me and after turning down this add on EVERYONE visit it was hard to ignore what he educated me on today. AJ was very upbeat and positive! This is honestly my best experience ever at any oil change company! I hope it stays this way, See you next time :-)

JB and his team provided excellent customer service for me 30 minutes before close. I had my oil changed yesterday at a competitor location. Found a large oil leak in my garage this afternoon after getting home from work (and driving 4+ hours the day before!) — picture attached. The other location was closed, so I drove to Take 5 and explained my situation to JB. He troubleshooted the issue, identified the problem (filter wasn’t tightened nor changed appropriately, causing a leak) and fixed it with full transparency! As a small business owner myself, this level of customer service is what keeps people coming back. I’ll be returning here for all future oil changes! Also, I know it’s a small touch but I was greeted with a friendly welcome and cold bottle of water before even pulling into a bay. This team helped me avoid a potential emergency situation. 🙏
