Noah and Ryan were absolutely fantastic. They changed my oil and replaced the filters, and the whole experience was smooth, quick, and stress-free from start to finish. Both of them were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands. You can tell they really know what they’re doing — very professional, confident, and clearly experienced in auto maintenance. They explained everything in a simple and honest way, didn’t try to push anything unnecessary, and just did a great, solid job. My car runs noticeably better now, and everything was done efficiently with attention to detail. Overall, a 5 out of 5 experience. I’d definitely go back to Noah and Ryan again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change on South Tryon! The service was super quick and efficient from start to finish. Noah, the assistant manager, really made my entire visit. He was very friendly, informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Not only did he handle my oil change, but he also pointed out a few other things I may want to have checked by a mechanic and even gave me some helpful recommendations. I really appreciated the level of care and professionalism. It felt good driving away feeling confident that my car was taken care of. Highly recommend!

I came to Take 5 Oil Change because of the 5 star reviews and positive comments from customers. As a first timer, I can only echo the sentiments of the other 5 start reviews. The service was quick, thorough and efficient. I will certainly be back again! Kudos to Metriaus and Ethan for giving me such a positive experience. UPDATE - I continue to visit this Take 5 location and get great service from whoever takes care of me! This visit it was Will and he was efficient and took care of me and I was on my way! Thanks so much!! UPDATE #2- April 17/2026 I continue to come to this location and no matter who is there, the service is quality is top notch! This time it was Ryan and the manager Daryl who serviced my car....I can not say enough about how I feel valued as I brough in my old 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander and they treated like a Mercedes! Thanks so much!

I was there yesterday on Saturday around 5:00 pm I was 2nd in line to get my car inspected. I hadn’t been there 5minutes when a young guy walked out offering me & the other people in their cars a cold bottle of water as it was so hot. It was my turn. The young employee asks me to go ahead & get out of my car that she would have to drive it in bc of the inspection. These employees & I mean every single one of them did excellent service! That means everything to me!!! Prior I had drove to 4 different places, Goodyear on Tryon st in Charlotte. A man comes out speaks a little English & says they are closed & said I cannot inspect as I do not have a license. AAA whom I pay dearly for my card locked the door as soon as I pulled in 4:00 I rode around & saw Take 5 on my left. They were fantastic!!!! The only thing she said they could not do which I needed desperately was air in my car. I was hot with no cool air blowing but I’m completely satisfied!

I usually get my oil changes here, but that time of the year came around where I needed to get my inspection done, so I figured why not go here… I absolutely love this place… You pull in and you get taken care of by the nicest people… I love the fact that you’ve got all ages and all races working here and I never see anybody arguing with anybody in fact it’s just the opposite… It’s kind of like a family environment there.
