I want to give a huge shout-out to the entire team at Take 5 on Wilkinson, especially the manager, Ethan! They were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I had recently gotten an oil change at Take 5, but because I do Instacart and Spark I put a lot of miles on my vehicle and it was time for another oil change. When I tried to have it done somewhere else, they were unable to remove the oil drain bolt. Since Take 5 was the last place that had serviced my vehicle, I called them to see if they could help. Ethan and the team were super accommodating and worked with my schedule to get me in. They replaced the bolt and completely resolved the issue for me. Even from the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and thoughtful. They offered me a bottle of water, which was such a small gesture but really appreciated! I truly want to thank Ethan and the entire team for taking the time to work with me and make sure my problem was taken care of. When you rely on your vehicle for work, having a team that is willing to help and actually cares makes a huge difference. Thank you again, Ethan and the entire Take 5 Wilkinson team! The service was very fast and efficient. I got an oil change in my fluids topped off and air put in my tires. Everyone was super nice and thorough. I first stopped with Moe and he asked me what I was here for and told me which bay I needed to go in. Then I met with Wayne he helped me with my transaction was very kind and entertaining all while doing transactions for other bays as well. He was very thorough and Javarieh did the oil change, the fluid top off and the tire air he was super sweet and quick he also reset my maintenance information on the car. Every single person I encountered was fantastic! I will be going back my mother will be going and I will be referring other people as well to the Wilkinson boulevard location! Thanks to all the gentlemen in this review that helped I am super grateful because my car was really almost out of coolant and I definitely needed an oil change. 😊😊😊 I'm going to asked specifically for them when I go back! I stopped by around 8:30 this morning I needed EVERYTHING done….oil change, filters changed, fluids topped off, coolant flush. The ENTIRE crew was friendly, funny, welcoming, and knowledgable. They explained to me everything that they were doing, explained all my options, and how much it would be before they did the work. As someone who doesn't know anything about cars it made me feel good to not have to ask or worry!! I knew I was in good hands!!! If you need your oil changed this is the place to do it at!!!
