Oil Change Service W Elliot Rd

While visiting this store, I was greeted with a warm smile and a complimentary water upon arrival. Despite the store being relatively quiet, all three employees gave me their full attention. They noticed my cars needs and even offered to service each thing, but I declined politely. I appreciated that they didn’t pressure me into doing anything I wasn’t comfortable with. One thing that truly stood out was the positive attitude of everyone working there. Even in the heat, they maintained a cheerful demeanor, which I genuinely appreciated. As a token of their appreciation, they also offered me a coupon for my next visit, which is always a bonus. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning to this store.

I usually go to my dealership for any maintenance on my vehicle but because of my busy life schedule I was in need of an oil change badlyyyy. I’ve seen a bunch of Take 5’s in the area but have always been slightly skeptical due to the quality/ full service control. Even with an appointment with my dealership it’s not guaranteed that I have a service done that day or they just make it out to sound like that. “Oh we have a lot of cars before yours, or try scheduling early early in the morning” I looked up the time slots for Take 5 and there were none because they aren’t needed, so I took my happy ass to Take 5. And exactly that, drove up they opened one off the stalls for me; he had directed me pull in and handed me an ice cold water bottle. Both of the employees were very quick but also careful around my vehicle. They were very thorough with their explanations and I ended up getting my cabin filter and engine filter replaced too. I usually change this myself but because of the convenience I gave in. They asked if I had any coupons but I let them know it was my first time at a Take 5 and they applied the $25 off coupon anyway (very appreciate of that). That was the cherry on top of excellent customer service for me. Overall it was a successful experience that has won me over for any future oil changes. Jaelynn and Michael were outstanding and extremely professional throughout the service. I recommend y’all go see them for an oil change service. Thank you both for an amazing job well done.

Krucial and Ahmad did an excellent job on my oil change. I they asked if I needed my cabin and my engine filter replaced but already had my them replaced recently. Krucial then recommended I do a coolant flush, and I am so happy I did! My manual says I should have done it 25,000 miles ago. I am so glad he checked it, especially in this Arizona heat! They were very thorough, and did a wonderful job. I will be back for my next oil change.

This was my first time at Take 5 and it was such a good experience. The crew AHMAD (Hood) AHMAD (Pit)KRUCIAL (Safety) JAELYNN (MOD) MICHEAL (Sc Writer) took great care of me. They went over information about the different types of oils and what to be aware of for next time. Awesome team work! I will be back again!

This is Seth MacLeod. This is my 2nd visit this winter to this take 5 in Tempe. I’ve been fortunate both times to have Jaelynn and Michael work on my vehicle. Excellent service, sincere, professional, knowledgeable, and overall great people. The exact type of people you want as your employee. I very rarely write reviews but that’s just how good they were.
