I had just got off from an overnight shift and never had an oil change before, and he service was wonderful they treated me wonderfully. They were not pushy or aggressive with the option to purchase additional products and they offered me a cold bottle of water while I waited for my car to finish being serviced. They were knowledgeable, quick, courteous, respectful, professional, and my car went from sounding dry -to Purrrrrring like a kitty making biscuits. My car drive smoothly after my oil change and the discounts I was offered made me want to buy more products. I will be back. I felt very comfortable here especially being a young woman, this is my new shop.
Fantastic!!! The process only took 10 minutes but the 5 stars are for the three employees that serviced my vehicle. Great attitudes in 110 degree heat, great coordination, friendly and they explained various things to me. Great interaction and this will be my go to in the future. Just when I thought customer service was completely void in society, they surprised me. Thank you. PS: the corporate phone system is a joke and I almost didn't drive in. Definitely not reflective of the service I received and has nothing to do with this location. Glad I still made the trip.
Blake, Ken and Charles were all such great honest guys! They are efficient, friendly and fast. Blake took his time explaining about airfilters, explained what he is able to see on my carfax of what is suggested to be done but has not been completed. Just all around all great knowledge, friendly and efficient guys Definitely recommend coming here
