Got my oil changed at the newest Take 5 at 48th St and Baseline in Phoenix. It was hot outside and being greeted by someone right away with a bottle of water was nice. My car uses a viscosity of oil I hadn't heard of before, but they understood my concern at the higher price and gave me an extra $5 off after my $15 coupon which helped. They are right around the corner from me, so I WILL be back again.
I left jiffy lube to come here because there prices were way better an I made such a great decision. Blake was very friendly and welcoming and he made it a very seamless quick process with my oil change today. I definitely will recommend my Freinds and family to come here for their oil change . I will also make sure to continue to come back here since I feel like they treat there customers great here ! Thank you again for making it super simple.
I want say thank you to Blake! It was a hot day and being new to the city I just drove in expecting a basic Lube, oil, filter service. Blake the Mngr kindly offers me a water bottle! Asks me about my day, explains what is being done and all my options from most adorable to premium and I feel well taken care and heard! And I believe Mario was the tech who was under my hood just making sure my fluids were topped off and everything under the hood was in order. Great first time experience, I was in and out and was super happy with the customer service and expertise, I will 100% come back, ask for BLAKE! He will take care of you and make sure you’re happy with the service! Thank you to the team!
