Two for one review!! Tldr: my husband and I got oil changes on both our vehicles and we even though we dropped $$$ we’re not crying. Audi Q5 review: reasonably priced, not too bad. Pleasantly surprised that someone is available to change the oil, seeing as how if you go to other places, there’s a high chance they’ll say “nope!” since this vehicle has a digital dipstick. Took a little longer, but that’s because I was chatting them up and asking questions. To be fair, these guys know what they’re doing and for only two people working at the time, they got me out in great time. Debating on whether to make the switch, but highly considering it after the 5/5 service. ‘02 Suburban review: You looked at my ancient SUV and didn’t bat an eye. You walked through the process and discussed options and time ranges for possible service completion. I didn’t feel held hostage or like I was being up charged. You even helped out with a service I wasn’t planning on having performed but decided to do then instead of in a few weeks (it needed to be done after all). I’ll be frank, going here was more than I wanted to spend, but in terms of taking care of vehicles to help them run well for as long as possible, getting cheap oil changes aren’t going to cut it. Inside care isn’t putting lipstick on a pig, in this case. I’m trying to extend the already long life my family’s car has had and if paying more is going to help that, then so be it. So thank you for being the team that’s making the difference when it comes to fast and reliable service. Need an oil change? Not sure if your coolant is at the end of its cycle? Forgot to buy new wiper blades or unsure if your engine filter is needing replaced? Come to Ryan and he’ll make sure your car is taken care of. He’s upfront about what’s going to be performed and you can deny service if it’s not what you’re wanting that day. Plus, they top off your coolant, oil and wiper fluid in between your scheduled oil changes. So the real question is after reading all this: why aren’t you already on your way over now??

The morning crew did an amazing job. They’re very courteous, very descriptive with everything that they were doing to the vehicle. They even showed me after for the oil change the dipstick where the oil level was. they also checked my cabin filters even after they checked the cabin filters, I bought both of them and she picked up the trash out of my floorboard and out of the car and threw it away for me. Very nice very sweet people this is the spot to go for your oil change in Huntsville al

I've had really bad experience getting my oil changed in south Huntsville over the past decade. From rude service to forgetting to put the caps back on to refusal to get in the cabin to get the air filter, it's been awful. My first time using Take 5 was pretty good. The young man running the oil change was friendly and the service seemed good. Overall, I'm giving 5 stars as this was the first time I've had an oil change in Huntsville that wasn't a zero star interaction. I'm going to go back as needed. Finally, an oil change near my home!

I just moved to Huntsville and my last mechanic was Midas. They serviced my vehicles with no hassle for 5 years. Once I got here I didnt get the same experience BUT TAKE 5 WAS AMAZING. the customer service, the actual service, and ease was so amazing. They got done really fast and a good price and didnt hassle me for other services that weren't needed. CJ was cool too. and the young lady, I can't remember her name but they have a great future ahead of them!

This is my first time coming here as I was in need of a oil change. When it regards oil changes I am accustomed to paying a certain amount to have to service performed so initially I wasn't interested in any up selling of extra services your staff offered. Your staff did something I wasn't use to experiencing at other places. There actually went into specific details about what they can offer and why it would be beneficial in the long run. As many times as gone to Express Oil not once have they shown me the difference between a dirty air filter and clean one. I wasn't aware of how dirty the cabin air filter was until I was shown it. Not only was it replaced but they offered to let me spray it with car freshener. But what sold me on you guys was the fact that your safe did a minor repair I was meaning to take care of. They went as far as refastening a lower panel that was dangling underneath the front end the car. Didn't mention it to them and they didn't ask if I wanted it addressed. They just fix it. The assistant shop manager (I want to say his name was CT or JT) and his team took care for me. He delivered on his word that his staff was going to take care of me and they did just that and more. Did I pay more than I care to? Yes. Am I better off in the long run? Absolutely. After the service I received here I have no choice but to come back. Thank you , Eric O
