This was my first time coming here. I had a leak and Take 5 was the only place open at the time that I could stop by and ask for help. Instead of simply telling me, “You’ll have to take that somewhere else; we don’t do that here,” he still took the time to get under the vehicle, look at it, and explain what was going on. He even gave me the best option for how to move forward. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me, even though it wasn’t something they normally handle. That kind of customer service goes a long way.
