This was my first time coming here. I had a leak and Take 5 was the only place open at the time that I could stop by and ask for help. Instead of simply telling me, “You’ll have to take that somewhere else; we don’t do that here,” he still took the time to get under the vehicle, look at it, and explain what was going on. He even gave me the best option for how to move forward. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me, even though it wasn’t something they normally handle. That kind of customer service goes a long way.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at Take 5 Oil Change! I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change getting maintenance done on my Hyundai Tucson! Charles and the entire team provided outstanding, professional, and friendly service from start to finish. The team performed a comprehensive inspection of my vehicle, including an oil change, filter checks and replacements, cabin air filter, wiper blades, tire air pressure, drain plug and gasket, air filter, power steering fluid, coolant, windshield washer fluid, and oil levels. What impressed me most was how thoroughly they explained the services performed, the condition of my vehicle, and which additional maintenance items could safely wait until my next visit. I appreciated their honesty, knowledge, and willingness to help me understand what my car needed without feeling pressured into unnecessary services. The manager was exceptionally friendly and professional, and Charles and the team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They worked well together and made the entire experience enjoyable. As a new customer, I also appreciated receiving a discount on the services, which made the visit even better! I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for professional, honest, and dependable vehicle maintenance. Charles, the manager, and the entire team made a great first impression. I will definitely be returning for future oil changes and routine maintenance for my Tucson! Thank you, Take 5 team, for making car maintenance such a positive experience. You have earned a loyal customer!
