Cj was phenomenal! The whole team was amazing actually! I had such a great experience at Take 5! CJ was amazing, super friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I was taken care of and understood what was being done to my car. I really appreciated how attentive and respectful he was throughout the entire visit. I never felt rushed or pressured into purchasing anything I didn’t need, which made the experience even better. Customer service like this really makes a difference. This employee made me feel comfortable and confident that my car was being taken care of properly. He was knowledgeable, had a great attitude, and went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. This was easily one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back to Take 5, and I highly recommend asking for CJ! He deserves the recognition!
Marcello was awesome from the beginning to the end of service! So very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient! Thank you! We will be coming back!! Personally, we chose to pay for the oil that was suggested for our vehicle (not the cheapest). The suggested pricing was the same if I paid for synthetic oil (most expensive) at 10 minute oil express for my Hyundai venue. Ten minute oil express broke my filter last time too and when I called didn't resolve my issue. THANK YOU TAKE 5 FOR TAKING CAR OF OUR VEHICLES!!
I went on my lunch break for an oil change. Marvion and Marcelino were very friendly and knowledgeable! They showed me about a filter in my car I didn't know I had behind my glove box. They checked a lot of things that at other oil change places don't get checked. They explained everything to me about how it works and why it's beneficial to have serviced. They even offered me a cold water for the road! I will definitely be back!
