Had stopped going to the S Tyron location by Steele Creek, because service had severely declined. Slow, free services (tire pressure checked, topping off fluids, windshield wash) etc were not being done. Went back because I needed an oil change before heading out of town and expected the worse. Far from the truth. The techs were professional, had Take 5 uniforms on, completed the service along with the free services in a timely manner. New managemrnt or something apparently has changed the culture there.

I want to publicly commend Darryl Hall for making my bad experience a more pleasant experience after he made a wrong right. I wrote a review and he called and said he wanted to make up for what happened to me during my first visit to a Take 5 location. I specifically selected this location based on the reviews. My first visit, I left upset and confused vowing to never go to any other location ever again. After Darryl called and gave his spiel about that’s not how the location is ran and how he wanted to make things right, at first in my head I was thinking “why would I go back and try that again”, but then I had to remember I have to give people grace and mercy just like it’s extended to me when I fall short. I’m glad I did because my second visit far exceeded my expectations. My experience was 100% different than my first experience. Darryl Hall you are a great asset to the location and keep up the great work you are putting in!!

I recently visited Take 5 for an oil change, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! Noah is the assistant manager, and he truly made the process exceptional. His personable demeanor and professionalism set him apart. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, making me feel valued as a customer. The service was quick, efficient, and hassle-free, which is exactly what I needed. I highly recommend everyone to visit Take 5 for their oil change needs, and if you can, ask for Noah! I absolutely love it here! They take care of me so well. I first took my Honda here last year. I just took my Audi SUV on Monday 11/3/25 and the service could not have been any better. Najee is so professional and very kind. Sergio got the work done efficiently. Shayla was amazing and went the extra step to find the oil I needed when it was not showing in stock at a glance. I was looking for an affordable, honest, and reliable place to get my oil changed and Take 5 was the first one I found. I was able to download and use a military veteran discount coupon which was greatly appreciated. Jon took care of me and my car 🚘 from the beginning to the very end. He explained things to me and let me know what services would be beneficial for my car. There were also other workers there helping out with my oil change. Overall I was very pleased with Take 5 and will be back for myself and I’ll also recommend Take 5. Thank you.
