So I had been avoiding an oil change for MONTHS because I HATE waiting at the GMC dealership with my kids so today I decided to just go to Take 5 and give it a shot. Hello? Dealership who? Take 5 dealership is who. Look at all the things that they did for me all while I sat in my car and chatted with them. They were honest about what I needed and explained everything they did. SUCH a good experience- they even cleaned my windshield! Mike, Jordan, MK, and Trenton all worked on different things simultaneously and had me out of there in no time. These guys are AWESOME! Maybe I’m just that clueless about cars and services but the dealership can forget my name for all I care….
Sofia Guglielmone,We had an amazing experience! The Monday afternoon crew at the Tega Cay HWY 160 location went above and beyond for us. We pulled right in and were greeted with kind helpful techs! They offered my girls Caprisuns and fruit snacks, which surprised us so much! What a lovely touch. Everyone working was happy, kept us informed the entire time and were extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated the service and couldn't recommend this location and staff enough! Thanks guys for making me and my girls comfortable and safe!
Rebecca Hammerle,I went to this take five location after a very unpleasant oil change at a different take five a few days ago— at the previous visit they were trying to sell me things I did not need, praying on my lack of car knowledge. I noticed that my skid plate was dragging the day after the oil change, and went to this location instead as it was on my work commute. I was helped by Matthew who was very kind, helpful and quick. It was a very refreshing experience compared to the previous one. Highly recommend this location, thank you Matthew!!

Then the attendant was mixed up a little bit on the pricing, but the manager called and made it right.
