Update to the update: I spoke with the store manager a day or so later. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and understanding about my experience. They even checked the cameras to make sure my service was completed. Even after that they offered me a refund and a coupon. Honestly I wasn’t expecting this level of customer service after the experiences I’ve had. I’m glad to see that this place has improved DRASTICALLY over the year i’ve been frequenting. UPDATE jun 2026: I will not be coming back here. I came in for an oil change + inspection. Everything was fine until the mechanic tried to push an $130 coolant that i rejected THREE times. I was SO uncomfortable, i will not be returning. She pushed me so hard that she was asking me what my budget was? ARE YOU KIDDING???? The mechanic I spoke with was passive aggressive towards me for asking why I had to give him all my information if I had been to take 5 before. Also he said I sounded mean because I didn’t want to give my email address. You don’t have to talk to me but at least be nice. 😭

I recently came in for an oil change, and while the service took a little longer than expected, the staff kept me informed every step of the way. I especially want to thank Cindy for the amazing customer service experience. She took the time to explain a few items that may need attention or replacement in the future and made sure I fully understood what was needed and what options were available to me. From the moment I arrived Tuesday, May 19th I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of your staff, who even offered me a bottle of water while I waited. During the inspection, Ms. Tara went above and beyond by offering to pay for brand new windshield wipers to help ensure my car passed the inspection. This thoughtful gesture truly brightened my day and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer care. My last review was 5 stars and I have been coming here for oil change for the last 4 times because I drive for Lyft and I use openbay with my points and is free for me because of my rewards. I have done the same oil change the last 4 times and always had a great service overall. But this time it wasn’t the same. The person who works the computer when he found out I had a code from openbay ando I said I only needed the oil change, apparently he don’t like too much because I guess he didn’t see me as a regular “paying” costumer because my service would be “free” he was very dismissive and gave me a complete different vibe. I was waiting for a while when he was tending a car next to me and he was all giggles and full of jokes and was able to sell a filter and took a long time to get to me and he came with the same high energy and quickly switched when he realized I was cashing on my rewards, he even said “oh you are from openbay rewards”. From there it was just very crude and visible dismissive. Thankfully the person who was tending to my car was the opposite, very polite and friendly, asking if I needed anything else, the way you should treat every customer. His name is HILDON, a young man who did it right. And because of him I won’t be giving 3 stars. But for the guy who manages the computer I would give him 2 stars. Need to work his customer skills and treat everyone the same because I guess he doesn’t understand that my oil change is not free. I might try another business if next time I see the same attitude. Keep in mind I do oil change every 3 months because that’s how much I drive.
