HIGH GIVE TO TARPON TAKE 5!!! Y’all have my loyalty from this day forward!! “Why?” The person reading this may ask. “Aren’t they all the same?” No. The take 5 in Palm Harbor was my ONLY go to when I stopped paying Ferman to service my Mustang. YEARS of loyalty. Tuesday of this week while out running errands, the oil change message on my X3 had me take notice immediately- I had to have my oil changed NOW. (That’s how it made me feel 😆😆) First one in the 12 months I have owned it! I was in Dunedin when the message lit up, pulled into the Dunedin Take 5 and was just shocked at the 2 lines of cars, each one 6 cars deep, 7 with the one in each bay, that were willing to wait the hour (10 min per car I was told) for their turn! 5 star guys for sure! I did not have the time to enjoy the experience and had to decline the wait. I was given that icey- ice-cold Take 5 water for my ride! So I took the time to go out of my way to head over to the Palm Harbor Take 5… my GO TO. It was 4:46pm. One car in one bay. They are open u til 5:00p.m A super friendly, polite young man walks up to me very apologetic as he tells me his Supervisor said they do not have time to service my vehicle because the drain plug underneath the X3 takes an unusually long time to access. (Tarpon did the entire job in 8 minutes… just sayin…) I asked that they please take the extra time, that I really need it changed and would give them $100 tip for their trouble.. the young man was all for it, the one in charge was not- reason? The tip was not cash… 👀✌️I left with no water, just a sad face 🤪🤣🤣So the very next day, yesterday, I was happy to realize those two doors were closed for the purpose of my being able to experience the top notch service of the Tarpon Take 5 team!!! OUTSTANDING! Efficiency was obviously second nature to this team of young men! They worked together like water flowing effortlessly… boom, boom, EIGHT MINUTES FLAT and DONE! I also want to point out their integrity! They could have very easily sold me wipers, a coolant flush, etc… However, when I asked if it were absolutely necessary, what is the recommended time for the year and make of my vehicle, they were honest and said I had time, no urgency from what they saw. On the wipers, they were honest there too! Very professional, very polite, courteous, well priced, trustworthy, exceptionally fast, and worked well together with a great team spirit!! If you have to go a little out of your way to get there, I highly recommend you do! Integrity, professionalism and courtesy combined with expansive knowledge are hard to find lately and these guys have all of the above down to a science!! BEST TAKE 5 ANYWHERE!!!!

Stopped by Take 5 Oil Change in Tarpon Springs and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. I really appreciated how they explained everything clearly without any pressure or upselling. The whole process was fast, convenient, and I never even had to leave my vehicle. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but this team absolutely delivered. Highly recommend this location if you want quick, honest, and professional service!

I had my oil changed yesterday at the Tarpon Springs location. Nate took care of the customer service side of things and was extremely respectful, detailed and listened to everything that I asked. I requested absolutely no upsells and although he let me know what was recommended, he did not push anything on me. It was a night and day difference between the last time I went to tarpon springs take five and this time. Last time I was there, I said I would never go back due to the lack of customer service and respect from the team that apparently was in from Orlando. My oil was so low I didn’t really have a choice yesterday, but I’m very glad that I went and was met with such great customer service. All of the guys seemed very nice and did a great job at changing the oil. I will definitely be returning and I hope that the same guys will be there next time. Thank you so much!

Nate was my attendant who took the time to go over everything for me so I understood what services would be done and the cost. The manager (Kevin) made sure I was completely satisfied, and it was obvious that customer service was everyone's top priority. I would highly recommend them for your service needs!
