I’ve been to this location many times and have been pleased with the service I’ve received. This time I went in to have my car’s fluids topped off and the tire pressure checked. The last two times I was there, my air filter didn’t need to be changed, although they told me the next oil change I would probably have to have the air filter changed. They pulled it, and I looked at it and decided to change it and they checked the cabin air filter, which was horrible and I had them replace it too. I didn’t consider this in my rating for this visit, but on my last visit, they didn’t reset the oil change percentage that shows up on my dashboard and it’s been causing me some problems since then. Not major problems, just minor. The manager explained that they would definitely reset it the next time that I had my oil changed, but if they did it now, then the percentage would still be off. I was pleased to have received that knowledge.

This is a well oiled shop.. pun intended. From the moment I arrived it was obvious the entire squad shared a great appreciation for teamwork, quality service, and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction. The new manager at this location is great, he trains his team to be very thorough and that's appreciated, I was informed more on this visit about my vehicle than I have ever been anywhere else. I got a great deal on an oil change both of my filters and a coolant service. They were not pushy at all just let me know what was needed and worked with me. I was due for oil change and I love going here because it’s so fast and I don’t have to get out of my car and wait 🥰. I didn’t know my radiator needed to be flushed and filled after so many miles and was done so fast and so convenient and cost a lot less than dealers or other shops where you have to drop off all day and I got military discount and the guys were all so great and patient with me because I wasn’t very knowledgeable about my car 🤷🏽‍♀️ 🥰

This was quick and just what I needed. I was out of town and just needed a quick oil change before heading home. I could do without all the up-selling, though. I literally came in and said I just needed my oil changed to get me back home to my dealership and then it’s would you like the max oil? air filter? cabin filter? etc. I would love if the corporate offices stopped pushing these extras and just gave what people asked for. The workers were very friendly and polite. I had a coupon from the website which made it a better price, and that’s what drew my business.
