Stopped in today mid afternoon around 1:30-2 and it was busy, to have a top off of the fluids from our last oil change. The whole entire team was so pleasant. These days it is so incredible to see people working together and not hating their jobs. These guys were all working together. I even had a few questions beyond the normal top off and they answered them the best they could and were honest from the start about timing and all. Danny was so helpful and went the extra mile answering my questions we need more people like this and more of this going on. So I had to stop and take time to write a review. Will go back for sure
Came in when they were about to close last night and Isayah still offered to do my oil change. Decided to come back the next day and got in within 10 minutes. Aiden and Thomas were quick with help and got me going again in no time. They handled all my fluids and reported a few potential issues without being pushy. My air filter actually does need changed. Though it costs more for the full synthetic, plus the larger quantity of 7.5 quarts, it was well worth it. Would recommend the shop to anyone.
I used a coupon. 25% off. Price is a little high for my pallet. But it was relatively fast. Everyone there worked together. There was a great vibe in the air. I have a different issue than just an oil change. Everyone offered to chime in with a possible diagnosis. Which I liked. They were all eager to offer a solution that did not involve Take5 answers. That meant a lot to me. The people there were polite respectful and curious! I’m ok to recommend this location. Just be aware of the price before going.
