Extremely friendly, helpful, and remarkably quick service. We were also able to use a coupon after signing up so the price ended up discounted. Some training was taking place, but it didn’t even remotely slow down the process and the overall demeanor of everyone working on my car was very welcoming and informative. Super coordinated and organized as well. They know what they’re doing and how to take care of cars that’ll be weathering the desert heat. If you’re new to the area or just shopping around for any reason, this is probably your best bet!

Take Five is the Best. Just like customer service used to be in the old days!!!!! actually they saved me because I had purchase my own oil and filter and BigOTires where I used to service my car decide not to accept own parts anymore then I look everywhere and it was with appointment or also no own parts allowed. So thank you Guys u saved me!!! Kenzie was SUPER EXCELLENT knowledgeable very good attitude and really listen to me so Im very Happy and for sure will be back from now on to Take Five oil change in Queen Creek!!! Had an excellent experience at the Take 5 Oil Change location. They got us in and out in about 10 minutes, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. McKenzie is always friendly, accommodating, and gives off true five-star customer service vibes. Memphis was excellent as well — very respectful and professional. My wife even commented on how impressed she was with how quick and efficient the entire oil change process was. We always enjoy coming to this Queen Creek location because of their speed, professionalism, and overall great attitude. Highly recommend this location!

Excellent experience at Take 5 in Queen Creek. Seth and Kenzie were fantastic; friendly, professional, and kept the whole process quick. They had a great attitude, kept things light with some humor, and made what is usually a chore surprisingly enjoyable. As a bonus, they offer a very generous 25% military discount. This was probably the best $111 I have ever spent. I normally change my oil and do all of the basic maintenance on my car myself, but I am leaving on a long road trip tomorrow, and really just needed to preserve my available time for packing and preparation reasons. When I first arrived, Kenzie greeted me with a warmth and charm that is uncommon in most businesses today. This is the kind of character quality that you cannot train people for. You have to be lucky enough to find it. And if you’re smart, you hire it immediately. Kenzie was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, highly accommodating, and resourceful. She and her team performed all of the services that my car needed for my long road trip, and I am able to travel now with little concern over the welfare of my vehicle. The quality of service provided made me question whether I will ever need to do my own oil changes in the future because it was just so easy to go to Take Five on the corner of Ellsworth and Riggs in Queen Creek, Arizona.
