I had the oil changed on my 2016 Fiat by Take 5 when I don’t trust anyone to do so. Prior oil changes were done by a repair shop, but I was never told that my vehicle took a certain type oil because it was foreign. It cost more, but the fact that they had to make sure they could get to the proper area to install my filter before just attempting to do it made me feel that I could trust them to do it the right way, rather than just going ahead without consulting me. The attendant keep me informed about the price.Customer service was excellent. I did have to buy my own filters, but the price didn’t change. I will be back!

You can tell that safety is important to them, and I felt they were being fair and honest with me per the recommendations they were making. I really really needed an oil change and have so little spare time to get one done at the moment. These guys took me in, took care of me as swiftly and professionally as they could have possibly been at 8pm while it was still about 100 degrees out. Hats off and many thank you’s to these guys. Will definitely return. However, I feel like being priced a little more competitively would garner you more business.
