This was our first time using Take 5 for an oil change, and we had a fantastic experience. Connor was our technician, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and engaging, making us feel welcome the moment we arrived. What impressed us most was their honesty. They took the time to explain everything, kept us informed throughout the service, and made sure we weren’t paying for anything we didn’t actually need. It’s refreshing to find a business that focuses on taking care of the customer instead of upselling unnecessary services. The service was quick, efficient, and stress-free. We will definitely be returning to Take 5 for future oil changes and maintenance. Highly recommend!

My area is abundant with the choices for oil change but Take 5 it seems to be the only business that wants me to come back. Ruben Fajardo has been the man on multiple occasions, delivering exceptional and personal service each time. Watching the staff work at this location on ellsworth and southern and also a little bit further north from here.On apache junction, I can say with confidence that Ruben is not unique and every experience has been a credit to the heart of what should just be another oil change i would rather avoid. Every place makes oil changes, Take 5 makes loyal customers. I honk my horn for your great service, keep the smiles going gentlemen.

I told my client that I needed an oil change. I help her with running errands. I am a Caregiver. So, we saw the Take 5 Oil Change place. We pulled into the area and they took us in right away. It was fast and the price was reasonable. The technicians were polite and professional. They gave us bottled water. They provided excellent service. Thank you. I honked for good service, too. I get tickled when I see that sign....🤣😂

I visited 2 different take 5 locations on 4/1/2026. The first one took about 30 minutes just to tell me they weren’t able to remove the skid plate to change my oil. They said sorry and gave me a 25% off of my next oil change. I then went to the Ellsworth location in Mesa. Explained to the manager my situation. He said no worries we will take care of you. Mind you they already had 2 vehicles being worked on, and a rush of customers came pulling in behind me. No only did the take 5 team greet all the customers with water but they were able to finish my oil change efficiently with a great attitude. Ellsworth will be the only location I visit from now on. The manager there may be younger but was very personable and professional. Thank you

Stopped in for an oil change because of a coupon I had received. I called a number that I thought was the store I was gonna visit since it was on the website for that location. I gave her all the info on my vehicle and she quoted me a price which I found out was incorrect when I got there. I went ahead with the service anyway. I then asked about topping off all the fuilds like it says on the commercial says and was told they don't do that for first time customers. The guys were friendly so I went ahead with the service but don't know if I'll return because I felt like I was lied to from the jump.
