I had such an amazing experience at Take 5 thanks to Spencer and Trace! They were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. I was driving from Arizona to San Diego and didn’t have time for a full oil change, but they took the time to check my oil, top it off, and look things over to make sure I didn’t have a leak all as a courtesy. They even showed me how to properly check my oil on my drive home and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. It’s rare these days to find employees who care this much and go above and beyond for a customer. Spencer and Trace truly provided outstanding customer service, and I’m so grateful for their kindness and honesty. Thank you both!!

I recently had the pleasure of getting an oil and coolant changed at Take 5 located at 601 W Bell Rd in Phoenix, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! First off, Jae went above and beyond with his customer service. He greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to explain the process, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without hesitation. He also, changed out the coolant. Michael, who handled the pit work. He worked quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was done with precision. Lastly, Daniel really impressed me with his depth of knowledge. He took the time to go over some additional maintenance tips and offered some great advice for keeping my daughter's car in peak condition. It was clear that he truly cares about the well-being of the vehicle and was genuinely passionate about his work. The whole experience was seamless and hassle-free. I will definitely be coming back for future services, and I highly recommend this Take 5 location to anyone in the Phoenix area. Great team, great service!

drove up waited like 4 minutes teo guys working the closing shift and they knocked out everything showed me the fresh oil aired up my tires checked all filters and yes I replaced them all. forgot to check my wiper blades but they may have seen they are new cant really ding them on that 🤔 did not check cabin air filter although it was marked off . other than that they were very friendly and deserve a bigger fan and music great job boys.

I work from home so I drop in every couple of months to have my oil checked. I live in Phoenix AZ, the heat reeks havoc on our systems. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They check to make sure the oil level is correct and the oil is still very clean. They never charge me for this service. I noticed some people are complaining because they have waited MORE than 5 minutes. Honestly, be mindful of the day and/or time you are visiting the business. Also, they change the air filters as needed, wiper blades which increases wait times. Remember, you are offered those same options if your vehicle needs them. You are not obligated to purchase those items, you can purchase on your own and install yourself. They do show you how filthy the filters are. As I said, I am extremely satisfied with the service I continually receive at the location by my home.
