The store manager Annabell was amazing! She was super friendly and polite and definitely shows she cares for the customers that come to them. They were out of the oil filter for my Mini and she offered to go get one at a nearby Autozone. Unfortunately they weren’t able to service my Mini due to how Mini thought it was a good idea to put the oil filter behind the coolant tank, but that wasn’t there fault and they were very polite about it. When I first arrived in he wait was a bit longer than I was expecting but as I was there waiting, I watched Annabell and Lanee quickly hop from bay to bay to get each car out as quick as possible. Mason also quickly hopped in to help with my vehicle, I assume after just starting his shift for the day, as I pulled into the bay and was very polite, even when explaining why they couldn’t service my car. Amazing customer service, will definitely be back once I no longer have this Mini!

Wow! I only stopped here because I was in a hurry. They were friendly, up front on pricing. The best was listening to them communicate about what they were doing on my car. I knew one of the guys was newer but the female manager was great at keeping an eye on things to be sure the right things were done in the right way. I was impressed at how she could correct/direct him without making him feel like he didn’t know what he was doing. I needed to go with their highest-end full-synth, and they took my coupon without hesitation. They provided water and checked back with me as they were getting it knocked out. I like to be shown the dip stick after it is all done - and they delivered to my door. At the end, the manager went back over what was done and confirmed my satisfaction. Normally, I stay clear of these kind of places because they can be in too much of a hurry - and a bad oil change can wreck an engine. I’m only taking the time to write this because they were great! They took their time to get it right, showed me and got me on my way. I’ll be back and I will recommend them to my friends. Thanks!

Mostly take care of by 2 women, which was incredible to see. Brava ladies. Overall a great experience, upselling was obvious, they did a good job tho. The only thing that made it not perfect was after i left, i was changing lanes and noticed my gas cap was open, i pulled over to close it and the liquid container and funnel was left in my car so i had to go back to make sure i wasn’t just throwing away their equipment (funnel, i didn’t know if it was disposable)

All nice kids working there, with that said it’s painfully slow. I could’ve changed the oil faster myself. It took over an hour with one car in front of me and probably 45 minutes from the time I pulled into the bay. It’s extremely hot sitting in there waiting cause you can’t have your car on and they dont have cooling systems like Evap coolers. I generally like going to these quick change places when everyone is working as a cohesive team, but I think it’s missing here. Usually, I do my own oil changes because we have five cars at home, but because the heat I decided to take it in which I regret.

I went for oil change and received best service , like always on that location.That is on Bell rd and 32nd street.Instead of charging me for another oil change, girl working there advises me , last time I changed oil i paíd for best oil and stil got another 5000 miles to go. They check all my liquids and tire pressure and wish me nice day . No charges for their service. I offer to buy them breakfast, she refuses, telling me that they can’t accsept. I was so happy that i will recomend them to all my friend and relatives to use their service and definitely I will keep using this location in future. Thank you , guys . Persons like that girl and young man makes huge diference for better in the life.
