I had my oil changed at a different shop almost exactly 2 miles south of this location on May 20 and less than a month later (June 10) my car was almost completely out of oil. Mykah and his partner that were working looked to see if the drain plug was loose. They did not try to sell me a new oil change or anything else. They suggested I go back to the shop to have them fix it immediately or at least to a mechanic I trust.
Gavin & Omar were excellent. The product that I originally wanted was not available. They guided me to a product that offered more protection than when I originally wanted. They helped me use my coupon. And we’re very friendly and welcoming while changing my oil. They got me in and out quickly and as I left I felt confident in the service I received. Thank You, For explaining my options in a way that allowed Me to make an educated decision. And Being honest with me about what I need for my vehicle. You Definitely have a returning customer, that will bring others as well. GREAT JOB!!
I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 thanks to Krystal, Jazmine, and Santiago. All three of them went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from start to finish. What really stood out was how well they worked together as a team. Their customer service felt genuine, not forced, and they truly made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency and positive energy across an entire staff. Because of Krystal, Jazmine, and Santiago, I’ll definitely be coming back to Take 5 and recommending this location to others.
