First-time customer and I must say I was very impressed with how professional the two gentlemen working that early Saturday morning were. They both were helpful and informative. The tech didn't tell me the condition of either filter, he actually showed them both to me. That was a first. They tried to upsell nothing to me or made me feel pressured in anyway. I was at the location on 35th Avenue and Bell Road in Phoenix Arizona. I will be returning for future oil changes
The two young men that took care of my car are amazing. Ones name is Myca, I think thats how it is spelled and im not sure about the others name. They both were very kind and clear with everything that needed to be done. Always explaining in detail as to why I needed or didn't need something done yet and what to look for. As a woman I always feel uncomfortable taking my car to have anything done bc Ive felt taken advantage of due to me not knowing alot about cars ect. These gentlemen are honest and trustworthy. Thank you for taking such good care of my car and me.
1st time customer as ive been more a loyal shop person. But i was out and wanted to try them out. Got a free bottle of water while I waited in line again asked when I pulled in. Made she to let me cut the line when the other line went quicker I said no didnt want to make a big deal but it was a nice jester. The guys checked all my fluids showed me everything Didn't try and push me to buy anything extra like a filter or windshield wipers even though I desperately needed them. Again didnt try an upsell me a oil told me I could go with the cheapest one, I actually went for more expensive asking for high mileage. Filled up my tires and even cleaned my windshield. Wish I had cash I would've tipped them if thats allowed. They went above and beyond I feel.
