1st time customer as ive been more a loyal shop person. But i was out and wanted to try them out. Got a free bottle of water while I waited in line again asked when I pulled in. Made she to let me cut the line when the other line went quicker I said no didnt want to make a big deal but it was a nice jester. The guys checked all my fluids showed me everything Didn't try and push me to buy anything extra like a filter or windshield wipers even though I desperately needed them. Again didnt try an upsell me a oil told me I could go with the cheapest one, I actually went for more expensive asking for high mileage. Filled up my tires and even cleaned my windshield. Wish I had cash I would've tipped them if thats allowed. They went above and beyond I feel.
Outstanding Service. Greating me with a bottle of cold water Aiden, the store manager, was quick to check on my needs and roll me straight into the bay. Like a pit crew Anthony, Cameron, Omar, & Gavin all came out and immediately went to work. Each team member seemed to know their task with the same proficiency as a Nascar crew. Aiden was very easy to talk to and notified me of my vehicles status as the crew completed their work. Aiden was very honest and never pushed products on me. He showed me the discolored filter and even advised me that a replacement would not be needed. Within minutes, the oil change was completed and I was back out of the bay. I appreciate honesty and kindness. I will be returning to Take 5 in the future.
Quick and convenient and worth every penny! I’ve definitely found my spot for a fast and friendly oil change. The guys here are so friendly and chill….i couldn’t have chosen a better place to go, in my opinion. If you go to their coupon page online and sign up, they send you some amazing coupons (u just show them from ur phone)! They don’t pressure you into adding other purchases either when taking care of you, but rather inform you if anything needs attention soon. I’m a single mother who didn’t find their prices unreasonable at all, to be perfectly honest. Thank you so much for a great experience, guys! if I remember their names correctly they were Micah, Anthony and I can’t remember the third gentleman’s name but one of them was being trained and I thought they were doing an amazing job….they certainly hire some very knowledgeable, down to earth and talented guys here that’s for sure. ❤️🩹🙏☺️
