This place is fantastic. I’ve been to dozens of quick-lube shops over the years, and this was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out—they greeted me in the parking lot with a bottle of water and made me feel welcome right away. Once I drove in, I simply explained what I needed, and the team took care of everything efficiently and professionally. What impressed me most was their transparency. They clearly explained the pricing upfront and provided the total cost before performing any work, so there were no surprises. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on customer service. Working with Tim W. was especially pleasant—he was personable, friendly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. During the visit, they also performed a coolant check and found that my vehicle was overdue for a coolant flush. It’s a service I had never done before, but they took the time to explain why it was needed without any pressure. Since having it done, I’ve noticed a positive difference and am glad they caught it. The shop itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It’s rare to find a business that combines great service, honesty, efficiency, and a welcoming atmosphere so well. I wanted to share a quick shout-out to Dominic and the team at Take 5. I noticed a pool of oil in my garage but didn't have the equipment to get under the vehicle and check it out myself. I stopped by Take 5, and they were kind enough to perform a free inspection on the spot. They quickly identified that the leak was coming from the oil pan drain plug, rather than a loose filter or a more serious engine issue. Armed with that info, I was able to go back to my dealership, where they replaced the washer and screw to fix the problem. I really appreciate the honesty and efficiency at Take 5—they saved me a lot of stress and guesswork!

I had a great experience at this Take 5 Oil Change location! The team was fast, professional, and really friendly from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Duston and Dominic for their excellent service, they were knowledgeable, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also want to recognize the store manager, Tim, who clearly runs a great operation. You can tell the team is well-trained and cares about their customers. It’s not always easy to find places that combine speed, quality, and great customer service, but this location definitely delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to others! And they always give you a free bottle of water. That’s great too!

We had a great experience first thing this morning with Tim and Moises. Tim greeted us with a cold bottle of water. They worked well together to get us fully set and on our way for adventures. And they even cleaned all the crusty bugs off our windshield before we left. Overall, outstanding service. Far better than we have at home. Thanks!

Came in to ask about oil change prices and was greeted right away with water and amazing customer service. It honestly felt like a pit crew was working on my car. By the time I chose what service I wanted, they had already checked my air pressure, coolant, and my air/cabin filters. Great people and a great experience. I’m definitely coming back as a returning custumer.
