Absolutely love the service and shop manager. They are quick friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. I recently traded in my car for a different one.. I went to Valvoline in Neenah for its first oil change.. come to find out they snapped a bolt into the frame and never put them all back after its service. They never fully tightened the tire caps and were just rude when I asked general questions telling me to ask the dealer. Long story short Take 5 replaced what they could. I recommend coming here for oil changes. :)

10/10 experience! I arrived at an incredibly busy time of day and the boys at the shop did a great job handling the rush! Unfortunately due to high demand, the shop was out of my required oil, shop manager Jake ordered it for me right away and was very clear about wait time. Although the wait time was longer than expected due to lack of oil and delivery delays, the other Store manager Edward kindly upgraded my coupon to save me some extra money! Nothing but friendly faces at this shop!

John was absolutely fantastic!! Not only is he super efficient in his workflow, he is knowledgeable and recommended the right products for my vehicle. I had my oil changed and new oil and cabin filters installed. Adding in a well-needed transmission flush, total was about $300. I was there less than an hour and the customer service was spot on. Overall, a wonderful experience and I'd recommend this location to anyone. Thanks a million gentlemen!!
