⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just got my oil changed at Take 5, and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had getting my car serviced. Tayton, Jeric, and Dwayne made the whole experience awesome. They had me laughing from the moment I pulled in and made me feel incredibly welcome. They were friendly, professional, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. It's not often you leave an oil change in a better mood than when you arrived, but that's exactly what happened. These guys deserve more than just a raise—they deserve medals for the amazing job they do and the positive atmosphere they create. Take 5 is lucky to have a team like this. I'll definitely be coming back!

This place is great! It’s fast, the staff (especially the shop manager) are knowledgeable, quick, and explain everything really well so you can make the best choices for the services you receive. The staff was all friendly, and everyone had a smile on their face, despite the extremely hot weather and the many customers that they were helping. I would highly recommend going here. They even have ice cold water bottles to drink to everyone in the car while the car was being serviced. They also give a 25% discount to veterans and active service members! They’re are also other great coupons on their website as well! :) <3

They were honest about the price and while they recommended extra services/products they were fine when I declined. Just don't be afraid to say no and they won't push you. As for the overall oil change they did a good job and price wasn't bad. As for quality of the oil they had 3 tiers that are all full synthetic. For a regular car that is driven like every other person, there is no need for the fancy stuff, it won't hurt or help your engine if you just get the core basic one since it is full synthetic anyways. If you drive a ton, tow a lot, or put lots of stress on the car then maybe the more expensive tiers are worth it. Overall a great experience!

Absolutely love the service and shop manager. They are quick friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. I recently traded in my car for a different one.. I went to Valvoline in Neenah for its first oil change.. come to find out they snapped a bolt into the frame and never put them all back after its service. They never fully tightened the tire caps and were just rude when I asked general questions telling me to ask the dealer. Long story short Take 5 replaced what they could. I recommend coming here for oil changes. :)

Calvin and his team took wonderful care of me and my car. I drive a 25+ year old BMW which has presented challenges at other quick oil change shops. Calvin researched any questions and kept me well informed. I was very comfortable and confident that the work was done promptly but with a focus on doing it right! Well done!!
