Much improved!! Last time after I had my oil change I drove out to New York and the filter loosened up. I had a terrible leak and got oil all over my brakes. Not cool coming down off of white face mountain with my car smelling like it was going to blow up. I haven't been back since. This time I said, make sure the oil filter is on tight!! I'm heading to New York soon. I hope they listened!!
Patrick and another gentleman provided stellar services to this out of towner. They were very professional even when I kicked back about all the personal information they wanted. There service was so good I GAVE them my email address even though Patrick didn't ask for it since I was getting annoyed. If I owned a business, I would hire both. Also, I may stop by next year if my truck needs it. I go to Lake Winneconne every year.
The staff at Take 5 in New London, WI are personable, thorough, and efficient. They explain your options in detail, and do not try and sell you things your vehicle doesn't need. Very affordable prices. The facility is always clean and organized. Always a great experience. A+
