I had an excellent first experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Tyler, TX (451 S SE Loop 323). My husband wa at Christus Hospital having a back procedure, and I decided to surprise him by getting the oil changed while I waited. The gentlemen working there were incredibly helpful, gracious, and professional. They changed the oil and installed a new air filter in only about 10 minutes, which was impressive. As soon as I arrived, I was even offered a cold bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service was fast, friendly, and stress-free from start to finish. It was an all-around wonderful experience, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this location!
