I did not share a post last time due to possible common error, benefit of doubt, and the daytime manager who has been there forever took care of the situation at hand. Here we are again, same situation, months done the road, car emergency lights on due to oil being too full. This is not an angry post but one that I hope will be learned from. I’m just not wanting to have car problems in the future because this has happened twice.
Shannon Rogers,They were very friendly and let me know exactly what they were doing. They offered extra services but did no pressure or trying to scare me into buying. There was a pretty long wait but only because they are popular..I was third in line. My oil change went pretty fast but they were also thorough. The only thing they forgot to do at the end was reset my oil change sensor, but I’m sure if I stop by, they will take care of it just fine.

I was worried before I arrived since my car is a newer vehicle, but I once I left I was very grateful that I got it done through them rather than driving hours to a dealership.

I took my chances and went, I was 100% satisfied. Zack and Jayson took care of me. Zack did show me other things I needed to change but did not push me to purchase anything. I did get a knew filter because I felt it needed it. Super sweet, didn't leave me out of anything they were doing and told me to come back when it needed another oil change. They will definitely be getting all business even when I have to pat I'm going to them. Great job Take 5 team for being kind and making my experience awesome!!
