I wanted to update my experience because I believe great customer service deserves to be recognized. After discovering an issue following my recent oil change, I contacted the manager(Craig). He immediately took the time to listen to my concerns, came to my home to inspect my vehicle personally, and apologized for the inconvenience. Although he wasn’t able to secure the damaged part, he ordered a replacement and assured me it would be taken care of. I truly appreciate a business that stands behind its work and responds with professionalism, accountability, and genuine care for its customers. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how a company handles them that matters most. Thank you for making things right.

So, this is a new staff with a new manager. I was impressed within the first 5mins of arriving. I frequently visited THIS location. I had never been told my coolant was DRY and needed replacing- and this was why my car sounded like a tractor. Car been sounding like a tractor forever. The old staff never mentioned it. But this staff mentioned it IMMEDIATELY. I will be back with confidence that this new team will be honest with me.

What an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Copperfield! I stopped by today for an oil change, and true to their name, they had me in and out in what felt like five minutes. The service was fast, professional, and incredibly customer-focused. A special shout-out to Ross and Joshua. These two remarkable young men went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Not only were they knowledgeable and efficient, but they genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. As a father, I had my daughter in the backseat having a bit of a rough moment, and they remained patient, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire visit. In today’s world, it’s refreshing to see young professionals who take so much pride in their work and treat customers with respect and kindness. Ross and Joshua are a true asset to the Take 5 team and are excellent examples of what great customer service should look like. Joshua, I had a great experience getting my oil changed. The staff was friendly, professional, and worked quickly without making me feel rushed. I just visited the location at 7506 Highway 6 North to get an oil change along with an air filter and cabin filter change. Destiny helped me with the oil change from the beginning to end. Perfect level customer service. Doesn’t get any better. Use this as the bar. Joshua, Craig, Maui. Everyone in house. Top of the line customer service and treated me incredibly well. I won’t be going to any other location. This is my home store for oil changes. I’ll be checking in each time i get an oil change to see if all of them have gotten a raise yet, because they all deserve it.
