Came in for an oil change on last week. I've been to this location numerous times before this time the wait was way longer than anything I've experienced before. They made sure they showed me what they were doing and very clear of the prices of it all. I made sure I thanked the only two guys doing the oil changes and inspections in the heat they were working in.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The whole team at Take 5 Oil Change was amazing and incredibly kind! Destiny and Devondre went above and beyond to make the experience quick, easy, and stress-free. They were friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back!
Very respectful young gentlemen working here. They were extremely thorough and went over everything with me step by step. I feel very safe and confident about my decision to trust them with my vehicle. After my oil change, my car is already feeling and driving better. They also fixed my skid plate that had been dragging and changed my filter. The entire team had nothing but positive energy — everyone was smiling, working together, and providing amazing customer service. This is by far the best oil change service company I’ve been to. They made me feel comfortable and at home the entire time while getting my car serviced. Highly recommend!
