So pleased to have this opportunity to review this business! If I could give them a 10, I would! I brought in my new to me Hyandai that was giving me a message saying I needed an oil change. Instead of just providing a $100+ service he looked it up on Carfax and determined it had been done recently and merely needed to be reset! I've been going to Take 5 for several years already, and I'll never go anywhere else,!
I have been going for awhile to get my inspection sticker, oil change & other things. All the workers are very nice, helpful & very respectful. Very professional. That’s why I keep going to the one at Barker Cypress. Thank you.
Quick, friendly service for oil changes. It’s a little pricier than some other shops, but you’re definitely paying for the convenience of staying in your car and getting in and out quickly. My only frustration is inspections. The last 5 out of 5 times I’ve tried to get one here over the past 2+ years, they haven’t been available for one reason or another. I’ve tried different times of day and even tried making an appointment with no luck. I understand they can’t control things like the state machine being down, but I really wish inspections were available more consistently if they’re going to advertise them as a service.
