He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he greeted us with a great attitude and a genuine smile, which made a big difference. The guys were very courteous and fast! The bottle water offered was nice and cold! I've been a repeat customer for awhile. The only complaint I have is the price! I know that's nothing the staff can do, but maybe the company should have discounts after( x ) amount of oil changes?. I have bought windshield wipers here too, because the Walmart next door seems to be always out of stock. 😅 Overall, I found this place always well kept on the the outside, the staff are alert and knowledgeable and never had a bad experience here.

Take 5 is the only place I go to get my oil changed. To my surprise I had two ladies doing it for me very nice touch. All the many times going there, I’m just finding out that I can go back before it’s time to get a a new oil change to get all of my fluids checked and can get up to a quart of oil for free if my car needs it. It had to take a woman manager for me to find this out. Very Disappointed With All Of Your Male Managers. I have been a customer of yours to long to just be finding this out. But Thanks to the lady manager the one that only works on Saturday at SH6 & Westpark.

I came here for the first time about a month ago when I stopped in for an oil change. I was told there would be a wait, but since I was already there, Andy kindly offered to check my fluids and filter as a courtesy. I ended up getting my filter replaced, new front and back wipers, a good laugh, and truly great service. I came back this past Saturday morning for my oil change and received the same incredible experience. Andy is always friendly and very helpful with answering any questions or concerns. The two other guys working that day were just as welcoming and kind. They even offered me a bottle of water when I pulled in and I watched them stop to help a passerby change a flat tire. That level of care and professionalism really stood out to me. Highly recommend this place for both great service and genuine people.

Very good service the last place I changed my oil at made my oil leak, they clean up the necessary parts in my car after telling me what had happened
